The Advance Commission Co of Canada Limited (ACC) is a commission advance service, which offers advances on commissions of confirmed residential sales. ACC offer same day direct deposits, and instant approvals. All fees are tax deductible.

Fee Structure

ACC will advance up to 100% of your earned commission amount upon broker approval.  A $3000 advance for 30 days would cost as little as $120.00.

Note: Any quotes mentioned on the website are based on a $.84 per diem rate and a $40 flat fee.

Property Requirements

Residential sales including re-sale homes, condos, new construction, land, mini-homes, modular homes, duplexes, some multi-family-which would be considered on a case-by-case basis.

Applying for an Advance

All contracts are online. Agents can call our office to obtain a username and password to access the site, prepare their own contracts. Fax to ACC for processing along with necessary paperwork.

OR

Agents can fill-out an advance request form, fax it to our office for completion, contract will be prepared and faxed to agent, agent will sign return to ACC for processing along with necessary paperwork. (See Advance Request)
Preparation of contracts online is less time consuming, and site is user-friendly. ACC will be happy to demonstrate to agents the use of the website.

Necessary Paperwork

  • 2-page contract signed by agent and broker
  • Waivers of conditions (insurance, financing)
  • Purchase and Sale agreement
  • Void cheque (company or personal)
  • Office trade record sheet
  • MLS cut

Fallen Sales

In the event that a sale falls, the agent simply remits to ACC their next confirmed sale. ACC will use the funds to pay-off the fallen sale and even fund the agent the balance.

Remitting Payment

The broker or office administrator will remit the funds to ACC once the deal closes. Funds may be remitted via mail, direct deposits, wire or EFT.
